THIRD ANNUAL PINELANDS JAZZ FESTIVAL

Guidelines

  • The cost for participation is $50.  A limited number of premium indoor vendor spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, for those who want them.
  • Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis pending receipt of your payment.
  • Payment may be made via Paypal by entering donate@sjmep.org as the recipient.  Checks may be made out to South Jersey Music Education Partnership and mailed to SJMEP, 8 Lexington Dr., Medford, NJ 08055.  SJMEP is a registered 501{c} 3 non-profit organization.
  • The event begins promptly at 2 PM. Set-up will begin at 1 PM.
  • Starting at 1 PM., all vendors must sign in at the event entrance located in the dining hall at YMCA Camp Ockinickon, 1303 Stokes Road and must be set up by 2 PM.  At the entrance, someone will greet you, check you in, and give you an identification sheet. You will be directed to your set-up area.
  • Vendors will be located along the perimeter of the amphitheater near the two performance areas.  Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.  Tents are allowed, with a 10’ x 10’ area available for set-up.  There will be no available electrical source. It will be possible to unload and load at a short distance, along level ground, from the curb.
  • You are asked to have someone watch your table from set-up and through to end of the event.
  • Vendors are asked to remain for the full scheduled six hour event.
  • All proceeds from vendor fees will go to support the South Jersey Music Education Partnership.
